Joining Plusnet

Currently my  phone and broadband provider is TalkTalk and I am thinking of changing to plusnet.As I am not very technically minded when it comes to things like installing broadband if I go ahead with the change will I be assisted in the connection.I currently have a youview bappreciated.ox supplied by talktalk which is just the basic box and does not record could I still use that with the plusnet service.I know I can get a box from PlusNet for £5.99 a month or a recordable one for £5.99 a month Plus a one off fee of about £59 I believe.My current average bill to Talktalk is £61 per month.Any advice

Hi Paul.

We do provide a setup guide with our router and we have videos on our website that show you how to connect the router.

With regards to the YouView box from TalkTalk you can't use that with our TV service I'm afraid.
