Home Phone Control Panel not available

Hi
Could a member of PN staff take a look at my account please as I had an email this morning to say that PN had successfully migrated our home phone to them, however I cant access any phone related areas eg control panel in my account, as it states the phone order is still being processed ?

The phone panel normally goes live the next working day.
If you need to know anything specific, then let us know and we'll do whatever we can to help.

I will take a look this time tomorrow and let you know if im still having problems accessing it
