Why is the Evening & Weekend Plan still stating Free Calls for local & international, on the Call Charges page? didn't they stop on the 4th?

From the link which is relevant for all phone packages
Where is the problem
Quote 6. Which calls are free and which calls are chargeable?
Where your call plan allows, you can make free calls to:
* UK numbers starting with 01, 02 or 03
* Numbers starting with 0845 and 0870 (except calls to ISP dial-up services and indirect access numbers)
* The Top 20 International Destinations (and US and Canada mobiles) for 300 minutes each month, or you'll get a 25% international landline calls discount.
* Our Support Team and Plusnet Home Phone customers (these calls are free at all times on both call plans)

Where is the problem
"We're also making some changes to our pricing and features for our Home Phone service. From 4th January line rental will be £11.99 a month and we'll no longer offer 300 inclusive minutes to our top 20 international destinations for customers on our Talk Evenings & Weekends call plan, or a 25% discount on our call rates to mobiles for customers on our Talk Anytime call plan.

Looks highly misleading to me.
Anyone not knowing the true situation would interpret terms 5 & 6 as meaning that you get the inclusive international minutes at the appropriate times on the Evening & Weekends tariff.

As usual it's a complete confusing muddle. My billing date was on the 4th yet still shows 300 inclusive foreign calls for evening and weekends. Would it not be nice, nay unique, if PlusNet could make changes that not only they understand but their customers also. If they spent a little less time trying to hide the hidden increases and spent more time making sure they changes they implemented went right.
