Disable 1571 voicemail

Hi all,

Is there a way to disable 1571 voicemail? I have an answerphone so don't really want to have to check two places for messages. Can't find an option in the home phone control panel, though.

it's the third tab, Call Features, below the words Home Phone Control Panel. Untick Voicemail.

Thanks - it isn't ticked, though, and doesn't appear on the list of features to remove 😕

I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to remove the voicemail 1571 feature via the home phone control panel. I've checked and this feature wasn't showing as active on your Plusnet account but was on our supplier's system, so I think this is where the problem has arisen. I've placed an order to fully remove this from your line now, please allow 24-72 hours for this to complete.

Hi, I have the same problem. Can 1571 voicemail please be disabled on my phone as it is an absolute nuisance. Again there is no option on the home phone control panel to remove it.
