For the period starting 29 Mar to 11 Apl we were unable to receive incoming calls should we be compensated automatically, because we have not had any.

I'm really sorry to hear you had a fault on your line and that you weren't compensated for this.
I've sent off a request for this to be manually added and we'll get that done for you as soon as possible

According to Matthew Wheeler, compensation for a phone fault (for approx 2 weeks) would be manually adjusted on my next bill June), this has not happened!!
This should have been done automatically without any input from myself according to Ofcom, which Plusnet signed up to.

We have been credited with £100.00, can you tell me how you arrived at this figure because it not tie in with the Ofcom measure of recompense. Cheers.
