Caller display not working

Hi, like many other people, since joining Plusnet (activated on 5th June) I have had no caller display which was working previously with BT. My mother joined at the same time and hers is not working either and it is more important for her. I can provide her account number if needed. It would be nice if it could be fixed. Thanks.

I've pressed some buttons and caller display should be active within 24 hours for you.

Can you drop me a private message here with your mother's account username?
