Caller display?.

Hello,  I have checked and I am paying £0.99 per month for this facility. We are being plagued by nuisance phone calls. I have dialled #234# to be met with "the service is not available". I then dialled *234# to instigate the service, again, to be met with "the service is not available".  When Broadband was installed the BT engineer installed the most modern MK3 faceplate and back box. I respectfully ask that you either instigate the service that I am paying for, or cancel the payment. I am not going to pay for a service I am not receiving.

I'm in a similar position.
Just started up with Plusnet and have ordered both Caller Display and Voicemail Extra
Both services are shown on my list of available services
BUT
using 1571 for voicemail Extra and *#234# get the "service not available" message
