Call Protect

I have just had another scam call and as I have call protect I dialled 1572 to add the last answered call to the list.

The response I got was sorry the list is full.

I tried to block it through the personal options but again sorry the list is full.

Can someone at PN either allow us to edit the list of callers or do I have to request a reset so I can start again.

It has taken 12 months to fill the system up but still no idea how to empty it and start again. Thing I need a reset of call protect please.

For information I found that if I remove the call protect then after removal I activate call protect it in theory should reset the call feature and remove the full list
