You have 30 days to port it from today. If you have a phone plugged in dial 17070 and note the number. You may have been provided with a temporary one.
Was a member for years, but moved from PN fttc to fttp from an AltNet. Getting 940Mb up and down. Happy to stay on here and try to help others. 

@Racalman as soon as you've got the confirmation email from Plusnet that your product change icomplete, you can start the port

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

A quick update. The port went through and my landline number is now working from my A&A SIP account.

Much easier than I was expecting!
