Adding calls to plan
Hi there - we only joined PlusNet in November and I've just had an email telling me we are nearing our call credit threshold - the only thing that prompted me to realise I have line only (as we aren't normally in). When I try to add calls to our plan it says my new monthly bill will be £48 rather than the £28 / £30 I pay now. I cant get through on the phone or online chat, how do I add a call plan?

You can change or add a call plan via the Offers & Upgrades button on the Members Centre.
Beware that the ensuing process will show prices that do not take account of any current discounts you have on broadband but these will be unchanged. Also be aware that the new call plan will only start on your next billing date unless you get hold of a Plusnet staff member with the requisite authority to change it "instantly". You can do this sending a PM to a staffer who is on line (see this page https://community.plus.net//). Plusnettony has done so in the past but I am sure others can also do so.
