Re: FTTP Upgrade

@beeceegee Agreed, but I think it is a little suspect. I have known that site to tell me I'm getting ~100Mbps on a 40/10 FTTC connection, but it is usually reliable.

Re: FTTP Upgrade

It's the most reliable and consistent one I've found, closely followed by TBB.

Re: FTTP Upgrade

@dvorak - that's the 900/115 service, I assume?

It is indeed. I’ve provisioned it on the wrong profile by mistake. I’ll correct when I’m in the office next week. Smiley

I actually spotted my mistake just as I finished placing the order. I figured it’d be easier to reprovision once it’d gone through rather than cancelling and replacing it.

Re: FTTP Upgrade

Haha I'm afraid I can't leave you on that as I'll need to correct things as part of what we call "supplier asset reconciliation", which basically makes sure the package we're selling matches the product we've ordered from our suppliers. If I don't do it, someone else will. Wink If you're wanting to upgrade, I can hold off for a couple of days though so we don't have to place two orders and you'd be best speaking with our Customer Options Team again on 0800 013 2632.
