Are you happy with the dig re-instatement and the likely location of the CSP?

@bmc Yes as predicted on my badly drawn floor plan, it was exactly where I planned it to be. 

Just means an external cable needs to be run along the bottom part of the house to where the ONT ultimately will be.

So contracters came today at 11am to install the external CSP and internal ONT. After 49 days of placing the order I now have full fibre broadband! Thanks for everyone that advised me along the way. The route was as predicted in the first few posts of this thread. Next up for me is to route the internal ethernet cable tidly! The ONT has a 2.5Gbps port for futureproofing I guess.

For anyone viewing this thread who wants a timeline of events:

March 23rd - Placed order
March 26th - Onsite survey completed ground marked where duct needs to be dug
March 29th - Acknowledgment email from OpenReach that digging for a 6 metre underground duct was required
March 30th - Permission to work signed digitally via email
April 1st - Email received saying Go live date changed from April 13th to May 11th due to dig work required (aim to get this done by April 28th)
April 14th and 21st - Openreach and Contractor vans turn up respectively but no dig work done
April 24th - Received text to confirm dig work appointment via email
April 27th - Dig work completed by OpenReach 9.30am to 2pm
May 7th - Plusnet Hub Two FTTP dispatched
May 10th - Text from OpenReach to confirm second stage of installation
May 11th - Contracters came and CSP and ONT installed 11am to 12pm - go live date
