I will do, thanks. On a side note, are there any other routers on the market that works on this network I could purchase that has better performance etc? Or is it best just to stick with the plusnet router?

Hi Claudia, yeah im hoping the second engineer will spot something as the issue still remains. Im getting another router/modem sent out to me just incase im super unlucky and the other 2 were bad
