I changed my fibre package to fibre extra on 28th may I received e-mail from plusnet on 29th may @ 2:22am saying your broadband package product is now complete I have checked my router sync speeds still saying 39,99 / 9,99 looks like plusnet have forgotten to send out request to openreach to have my line profile changed
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Sorry to hear you haven't seen a increase.
The order did go through but for some reason your speeds are still stuck.
We've asked our suppliers to reset your DLM but this may not go through until Monday
