Still on 40/10 profile

Hello plusnet can you help me

I changed my fibre package to fibre extra on 28th may I received e-mail from plusnet on 29th may @ 2:22am saying your broadband package product is now complete I have checked my router sync speeds still saying 39,99 / 9,99 looks like plusnet have forgotten to send out request to openreach to have my line profile changed

My speeds have still not been changed I have checked my router sync speeds still saying 40/10

Fix

Sorry to hear you haven't seen a increase.

The order did go through but for some reason your speeds are still stuck.

We've asked our suppliers to reset your DLM but this may not go through until Monday

My speeds have now been sorted I am now receiving over 70mb down and 19mb up
