Plusnet Hub 5GHz issues

Every once in a while - maybe once in 2 weeks or so - I have issues with 5GHz connection to my hub. My laptop (which is the only device I have connecting to 5GHz) will not connect to wifi (it will connect to 2.4GHz with no issues). Restarting the router fixes it.
But, at least once, it happened that it was connected to 5Ghz wifi but there was no internet (again, 2.4Ghz was fine). I had to factory reset the hub. At that time I also checked on another device to rule out it wasn't my laptop and the device also connected to 5Ghz but had no internet.
So, 2 issues, maybe related maybe not, but both affecting only 5Ghz. Any ideas?
