Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

I'm sure they will let you leave. I suspect that you just aren't willing to pay off the contract?

What exactly are you sick of?

PlusNet telling OpenReach to send engineers (technicians) to look at your problem

or

OpenReach failing to find the problem?

If you moved to a different ISP it would still be the same OpenReach trying to fix the same line...

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

Apologies for the lack of response on here Martin and I'm sorry for the length of time this is ongoing for. It looks like our suppliers are escalating this internally and would like to arrange another engineer visit to further investigate.

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

I have been with plusnet 4 months and all’s Iv had is constant rubbish connection and all I get is everything is fine that end and to keep changing the settings of my router online! So no matter how slow it goes it’s not plusnets problem! I’m on the verge of ending the contract.

My wife is trying to make a arrangements for an engineer to come but she is "NOT" going to use the "0845 text service as you charge for text!

Can we do this any other way?

Total shocking Plusnet

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

I was told that if a engineer comes out and they don’t find fault I have to pay them a charge yet still refusing to send the engineer out either way. My sister had to come off plusnet as hers was just as bad in her house.
