Connection problem

I reported a fault Thursday to Plusnet we currently have no connection on fibre optic .It is an issue with my neighbours to so it is an issue elsewhere maybe at the exchange . My router internet light is flashing yellow but I still have no connection at all.The broadband light is not showing anything I’m confused as to which light should be on to have it working properly

The flashing yellow light will be telling you it's failing to connect and failing. Everything else is irrelevant - you need to chase Plusnet to get the fault fixed.

I have told them just not any movement on it being sorted I think it’s up to BT to fix it very frustrating .
