All DSL needs some sort of DLM system. More so FTTC. A heck of a lot of lines would be in trouble without it.
Anoush. As per ejs comments, that line definitely looks banded to me.
The profile shown in your tests is not current to the line, there are several pointers showing that the data is old.
No way is that line profile Re-TX low and upstream error protection off.
Re-tx is high on downstream. Upstream has Re-TX... and its looks like its banded at 74Mbps.
I've brought this up numerous times in the past that the Profile shown when running a GEA test is not always the most current. I've even seen it on my own line where profile data is out of date.

@Gandalf Please don't blame me. We got our power loss in my area for about 2 hours. There seem an engineer working on the public footpath by fibre cabinet. Western Power online say it was due to high voltage caused power outage. @Gandalf Can I have another GEA Test to see if BT system has updated it. I have left the VDSL modem ON at all times and hopefully DLM will restoring my full line back to 79999k/20000k within next 7 days.
However this is my latest router stats after 3 days 2 hours and 44 mins ongoing connection as of today at 23:30

It doesn't look like anything has changed. I'd ignore the timestamp above. If you look at the Current Traffic Count, you'll see I completed the test within the last 15 minutes.
