Hi, I'm an unlimited FTTC customer wondering how I can go about upgrading to FTTP. Is this possible?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Put your phone number in here BTWholesale ADSL Checker and see if it's available for you.
Look in the left hand column for FTTP but not FTTP on Demand which isn't offered by Plusnet.

If you have FTTC it's highly unlikely (but not unknown) that FTTP will be available.
The DSL checker mentioned previously will give you the answer. If available, there will be a column headed "FTTP Install Process"

Thanks, here is a screenshot. So if I am reading this properly, the On Demand is available but not via Plusnet

Yes, you're spot on. FTTP on Demand is available but not offered by PlusNet (and very few other ISP's).
It is expensive as you have to pay the full installation costs and is aimed mainly at businesses.
