10:28:11, 16 Feb. PTM over DSL is down after 61 minutes uptime
10:28:11, 16 Feb. PPPoE is down after 60 minutes uptime [Waiting for Underlying Connection (WAN Ethernet 2 - Down)]
10:28:08, 16 Feb. PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]
Oddly its WAN Ethenet 2 - Down when my Hub1 disconnects like that (and no I wasn't even in the house when it happened ... and the laptop was screen locked so I know it wasn't the cats).
At the moment my speed tests are rock solid so I'm not touching anything 😉

Windows defaults to 1500. What is it set in the routers menu? It's on the Internet connection page according to this: http://www.thinkbroadband.com/hardware/reviews/78-asus-dsl-n55u.html

If the Asus is 1492 (which is suggested as the max value on that TBB page) set the windows 10 MTU value to match. (we're trying to eliminate fragmented packets from your tests, and this should help reduce it!)

I could be wrong, but I think it's actually referring to the built in modem on the hub one (possibly it's somehow thinking the separate OR modem is in use..?). I've seen the same with nothing connected to the hub via Ethernet - maybe one of the PN guys can clarify what causes the event to be shown in this way....?

So in the interest of this thread...
... here's 3 from this morning
11:01 - http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results.html?id=1487242874548334255
11:02 - http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results.html?id=1487242942181170255
12:20 - http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results.html?id=1487247659538729455
(note YV IP channels not in use)
Though I've tried something else (due to the MTU1492 being mentioned), tested at 19:08 but took a while to remove unwanted extras - using 146.xxx.x.xx IP address
(bits removed so it can be posted into the public domain)
i guess this also might help?
