Hi Paul.
I've chased this up with our suppliers and I've been advised that the cease order is cancelled in the Openreach systems, but it's still showing as committed in the BT applications, which explains why you're still seeing an open order on the BT Broadband Availability Checker.
I've been assured that the cease won't complete in the BT applications due to the fact it's cancelled in the Openreach systems. The adviser has sent an escalation email to their orders team to get it manually closed off and we've been advised to review on the 26th.

I'm hoping team member called Anoush picks this up talktalk placed the wrong order on there system as im having a second phone line installed from talktalk however first order has triggered an open order against my plusnet line talktalk say this has been cancelled from there side but on DSL CHECKER still saying I have an open order which is due to complete on 20th November I have attached screenshot showing this from DSL CHECKER. Looks like your provider may have to step in again to have this order cancelled or application error again i'm sorry about this Anoush
