What speed I can expect ?
Esttimated is approx 80Mb.
I have signed up to fibre unlimited extra and am on 19.8 download and 4.8 upload.

Sorry can't help, my speed is also atrocious tonight, can't even stream a youtube video at 144p without buffering.

Hello there. Are you both using a wired connection? If so, I'd recommend troubleshooting the fault at http://faults.plus.net and then potentially raise it to our faults team for further investigation.
