Disconnections - Rain Related?

Hi
I tweeted to Plusnet help that I was getting occasional disconnections that seemed to coincide with the start of a rain shower. Today I tweeted again as I have had several disconnections in one day. Again I must note that it was raining heavily.
As I write this I have a connection and it is not raining.
Stopping one problem or the other would be nice. Stopping both would be great.
FWIW my speed is only 22 ish down. I am on extra with a guaranteed minimum of 52.

p.s I went onto event log in my router. Lots of stuff being blocked. In and Out.

UPDATE: 19.08.20
Several disconnections tonight. 1 episode of The Fall required 5 restarts.
Handset on phone shows noisy line so disconnected it. Nothing else connetced apart from router. Problems persisted.
How do I report problems? We used to be able to 'raise a ticket'.
Please don't say phone and wait forever, or especially do not say live chat which is the most redundant set of pixel space I have seen on a website.

20th. Sunny morning no line noise. Line test no problems . Speeds back above 60.

Managed to get through by telephone. High Resistance fault being tested for 72 hours. Perfect response once I got through (as always from Plusnet) but it is an increasingly difficult thing to achieve.

Problems not fixed and no response from PN. 10 days of disconnections.
But hey, I do have a side bonus. When the router turns orange I know it is raining. Perhaps an over-engineered solution to a non-problem but we have to cruise the rainbow don't we?
But seriously guys. What is going on? Raindrops keep stopping my router.

Plusnet need to report this as line fault to OpenReach - Broadband ain't going to work with a noisy line!
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
