Router

Dear Plusnet team,

I have signed up with your fibre broadband few weeks ago and engineer work done yesterday. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a router yet although I was told that it would be delivered before 2 days of engineer work.

That would be much appreciated if I can get an update on this.
