Could CS staff please check my ticket

At Xmas with all the bad weather and flooding the net took a knock like the rest of the neighborhood and the DLM has my profile stuck at 14.6Meg when it should be 60Meg + I think it just needs a reset it' has been 3 days now since I made a ticket would be great to know what's going on with Question #118806684

We can't reset DLM on fibre I'm afraid.
That can only be done by a engineer.

Hi Matthew -  Whilst that might be correct, can you still check the state of the line and advise what CAN be done to get the speed back.
Will it improve over time? I am sure its not right that someone paying for 80mbps should only be getting 14 Mbps when the problem and  answer is known?
If it needs an engineer to do it then surely PN  have a responsibilty to get one to do it  The end user has no other way of fixing this!

I have reported it 3 days ago but haven't had a response since.  alsoI had no idea you couldn't reset the line at plusnet that's a shame, i'll have to wait for an engineer then, thanks for the response.
