Broadband drops out for 10 seconds every few days

Hi,

 

Broadband was activated 05 June 2020.

Today it's 10 July 2020.

Getting 65 download 13 upload - very satisfied with this.

Hub One firmware version: 4.7.5.1.83.8.263

 

The first 2-3 weeks after activation the broadband was flawless.

Now 5-6 weeks in, the broadband is dropping out every couple of days. For 10 seconds or so.

By dropping out I mean my devices lose internet connection, then the hub light goes orange, then the red/orange broadband light comes on too. Then 5-10 seconds later back to blue and all good.

 

Rough timings of drop outs (not all of them):

29/06/2020 - 21:27

03/07/2020 - 09:09

04/07/2020 - 22:02

08/07/2020 - 21:27

 

Could somebody at Plusnet please confirm I am on the latest firmware and kindly check the line?

@smith62  I'm sorry to say, I can't help you on this, but you did prompt me to look at my firmware on my Hub One and it's the same as yours and mine is "Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 | Last updated 27/02/19" - Do I also need an update?

Sorry but did you even read my post ?
I am not having WIFI trouble I am having BROADBAND trouble. Your link to me is useless.

My apologies for the WiFi troubleshooting link there, if you are seeing the devices drop out over a wired connection I'd suggest following this troubleshooting here and respond via the ticket if that doesn't help with the requested info.
