Connection keeps dropping a couple of times a day
Hi,
I've changed my mums router to a FritzBox 3490 (we were getting DNS issues with the plusnet router - even using ethernet - and also I was setting up a Fritz Mesh network)
Anyway I'm seeing that the connection drops a couple of times a day: And have the following in the logs after connecting:
The quality of the signal is being impaired by incorrect cabling. Please make sure that your line does not include any branching or multi-distributors. The branch is 35 meters long. It is impairing the transmission rate by around 16191 kbit/s.
Should I adjust the line settings to be more stable or should I request a line reset from Plusnet?
