Hiya,
My rDNS for my static IP reveals my username. I would like it set to match the A record pointing to it.
I see from many other posts that this is possible and was advised by the call centre to post on the forum as they can't sort it out on the phone!
Can a staff member contact me please?

Try logging in to your account first and then clicking the link, that might work
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Bobbinz ok, try logging in to your account and then going to https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search
See if the ticket shows in the Open questions list and if so click on it from there , maybe @SammyM posted the wrong ticket ID.
