rDNS change request

Would it be possible for the plustnet team to change my rDNS from 'username'.plus.com to 'something generic'.plus.com

In order to get this update, please give our customer service guides a call.

They'll be able to send this request off on your account to have that updated.

Hi Ali,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I've given them a call twice. Very pleasant to chat to but I've been told that they are not clear how this can be done and suggested that I come to this forum and ask the question.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
