ccgi (force9) http access very slow

Getting timeouts trying to access the ccgi server (my hosted .co.uk website)
Can get to it using FTP.
Anyone else experiencing difficulty?
[Edit Can ping and tracert to it OK.]
[Edit again - 10:53 Just called the business support helpline and they are getting an engineer to look at the ccgi server]

Thankfully it was only down for an hour and they issued a service status message in the meantime.
