Yes, I can send emails now from the PC using Outloook 2024, iPad & Android phone.

I don't know the exact reason myself, but it's likely due to the high number of emails that were being sent from this address.
Since you updated the password we've removed any blocks, so provided there's no more unusual traffic you should be good to go from there.

After contacting you yesterday regarding the hundreds of returned messages I was getting I am now getting the following message when I try to send messages:-
Sending of the message failed.
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <<redacted>@<redacted>.plus.com> sender rejected (blacklisted by local policy). Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.
Can you help please?
Personal information removed from a public forum (to an area that staff can see).

Yes, I am replying to emails sent to me, so I assume the email addresses are correct?
Error message:
The sender address <[my address@mydomain.plus.com]> was rejected by the server relay.plus.net.
The server response was: <[myaddress@mydomain.plus.net]> sender rejected (blacklisted by local policy)
Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click Try Later to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be sent.
Just run the diagnostic curl tests again and smtp response was
'235 ... authentication succeeded'
To repeat previous messages: all OS versions are all up to date, using iMac and iphone/ipad. Migration to Greenby complete, I can see myt account on Greenby and also get into webmail at Greenby. Have not as yet changed smtp password, so not sure if that is the answer? Thanks for your help.
