SafeGuard Suddenly Stopped Working

I'm also having this issue. I've had SafeGuard set up for a long time but found out yesterday that it isn't doing anything - the blocked sites are not blocked. Is there a fix to this issue? I want to protect the kids. Has Plusnet taken any action to resolve this?

If you phone Plusnet I suggest you mention the task number so they can join the dots.

I've set my router to use Cloudflare's filtered DNS, but if you have a Plusnet one hub you can't do this.
