Can't find the 'Manage My Mail' (Mailbox settings etc) link

I can't find the 'Manage my mail' link from the 'Manage Your Account' page.

Am I missing something or is it gone?

The link should be under manage my account. The link you need is here - https://www.plus.net/manage_my_mail

If you have email on the account, that link should get you where you need to be.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

I found the direct access to "Manage My Mail" in the members centre was removed when I was migrated to Greenby.

I now use https://greenby.com/

However saying this the link you supplied does take me to the plusnet Manage My Mail still, but as I have migrated I will not be using it.

My email account is supposed to be migrated to Greenby soon, but I haven't had any direct communication about it since October last year.
