PTR/rDNS request

Hello all, new customer here, and ill admit that so far, PN have been a breath of fresh air compared with my previous provider.

Ive got myself a static IP set up, and will be using it for outbound email. To ensure its done right, I'll want to set up reverse DNS. I understand a former staffer used to deal with these requests on here, is there any non-phone channel I can use for contacting PN's network team to get this setup?

I replied to the email, but can see that's not gone onto the ticket so have now responded within the ticket.
