No Reward Card email

I was told I would receive an email with a link to receive my £75 reward card within 28days of my account being active.
I’ve still yet to receive the email and my account has been active since the 3rd of April
Please can the email be send

@gemcal25 - Hi, I'm sorry you haven't heard anything. I've sent a request to sort it out to the team who deal with cashback and I'm awaiting a reply from them that could take about a week.
