After it is running on a temporary basis, you could get a fibre extension kit and then move the ONT to where you have power and even as far as back next to the router

Alternatively, you can power the ONT over the Ethernet cable using a PoE Injector, for example TpLink POE 160S, at the router and a PoE splitter, for example, TpLink PoE 10R at the ONT. I have tested this pair out on my set up. The Ethernet cable is about 25m long.

The fibre to the ONT is either very short or comes into the back box of the ONT - so internally invisible.

If you look at the ONT Relocation guide I referenced in post #9 you'll see the fibre cable that connects to the ONT. In my case I had the cable run round the room to a back wall so it was stapled to the skirting board before a short run up to the ONT.
This is how your ONT will be installed - at best a short run from where it comes into the property to the ONT. If you choose to move the ONT or run ethernet to locate the Router elsewhere you could either tack it to the wall or run ducting. Either way it would not get in the way of firefighters if they were called in for any reason.
Same with any power cables - simply fix them to the wall.
