In my case as I was not reading emails hourly, the router arrived before I knew it had been sent.

You were correct. (Sorry, I tried to quote Baldrick1's post, did not work)

 

The Openreach installer was unable to get me connected to full fibre today.

He did drill a hole in the front wall, fix a grey box on the front wall and fixed

the cable to my skirting board up to the double socket.

 

There needs to be some ground works on the pavement and then to my property.

I am pleased to still have Broadband working.

I received a text from Plusnet saying the engineer is booked in for July 28th.

 

Openreach also sent a text saying they will be in touch in the next 10 days regarding the groundwork.

 

Hopefully they can get the groundwork completed before the Plusnet appointment on July 28 and

before my current Broadband contract runs out on August 16th.
