Intermittent problem with www.plus.net portal

I have the plusnet portal (www.plus.net) set as my browser (Chrome) homepage. This morning sometimes (50/50) when I open the browser I get an error - "HTTP status 500 - request method GET not supported". If I refresh the page then I might get the portal or the error message again.

It's not a major problem, just annoying. Is it something at my end or plusnet's?

500 is a server error. So the problem is at the Plusnet end.

The problem hasn't recurred since yesterday lunchtime.
