ic24 emails

having been a customer of PlusNet and it's predecessors for many years, I am still using the @ic24.net Email address that was allocated  when I first joined, even though when everything was migrated to PlusNet I was allocated a plus.com email address

I access my mail through Outlook as my Email client on POP3/SMTP, and everything has worked fine up to date

Will my ic24 Emails still be accessible through Outlook. and be migrated over to Greenby?  I have attempted to log in to the Greenby portal using my IC24 credentials but it returns an error message of "Account details not recognised, please try again."

Hi @GrahamF 

You should still be able to access your emails through Outlook once you've migrated across to Greenby. You'll only be able to log into the Greenby portal after your email has been migrated over.
