We've got an incident raised on this and a case open with the geo location service that Disney/Netflix use.

Anyone affected could you check something for me please? Go to this site and tell me if the first 2 digits of your IP address show as 150.143 (I don't need the rest):

https://www.whatismyip.com/

In the meantime, if you turn your router off for 10 or 15 minutes you might get a different IP address from a different range (the algorithm that assigns IP addresses likes to give the same one back a lot of the time so it's not a guarantee). I'll chase up with my colleague that was dealing with the issue tomorrow.

@dave can confirm 150.143, appreciate the assistance.

Thanks for your help Dave, I am indeed on a 150.143.x.x address.
Good to know it's in safe hands.

Ok. Now ITV x thinks I'm not in the UK. So this problem is growing. I think Plusnet does need to deal with it swiftly.

What do the details registered with ARIN say in regards to your current IP?

Re: Issues with disney +

Found it.

https://search.arin.net/rdap/?query=150.143.1.1

Using the 'raw' data from ARIN (without further checks) is a bit braindead (IMO). The location could also be Virginia or Texas. Or even elsewhere.

I'm 92.40, would this be picked up in this service request?

92.40.x.x belongs to Three Mobile, are you tethering at the moment?

Same issue here.  IP 150.143.19.xxx

Have tried powering off router for a new IP but keep getting the same block.
