Yup did all that, was a very painless exercise.

Also configured it with the same WiFi credentials as before and everything is connecting and working as it should.

Was just thinking that from sending my initial email to this being resolved was less than 24 hours

Also according to the PlusNet chappy I talked to a few days back I will be due some compensation for the delays.


By my reconning that should equate to around £162.24 - so about 4 and a bit months of "free" internet

I have reviewed your account and the subsequent order provision and the order states 27 delays therefore you should be eligible to claim automatic compensation at a rate of £6.24x 27.

 

Your complaint remains open for monitoring, we need to allow up to 30 days for this to be applied to your account as a credit post order completion.
