I would like to have my reverse DNS changed from user.plus.com to www2.domain.co.uk please

I googled and found losts of posts here asking for a change to their PTR record/ reverse DNS from userName.plus.com to sub.domain style so I thought I would post here looking for action. if there is another way to go about getting plus.net employees attention I'll listen.

@skdj posting on here is the normal way to get rDNS changed. It may take a day or so for staff to pick up this thread. They will then raise a ticket for you to confirm the rDNS setting and will then raise a task to NetOPS. In the mean time you will need to ensure there is a corresponding 'A' record on your domain DNS pointing to your static IP.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Depends on staff presence on the forum and they are a bit thin on the ground just at the moment. If its not picked up in the next couple of days, post back , tag me and I'll escalate it.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
