Wrong amount on Reward Card

Hi,

 

When I signed up for the Full Fibre 900 it said I would get a £140 reward card. I have received and activated the reward card but it only has £100 on it and not the stated amount when I signed up. 

 

How do I go about getting this rectified? 

 

I've attached a screenshot taken when I got an email saying a £100 reward card was on its way, this was not taken at the time of ordering but was definitely the offer active at the time I ordered...
