Change of IPSTAG request

I am moving my email provision to another provider. I have a domain hosted by PlusNet but unfortunately because you don't permit the addition of TXT records (or those for DKIM) I must move the hosting. Please can someone arrange to have the IPSTAG for my domain changed?

Re: Change of IPSTAG request

If you post the new ISPtag here @plusnettony might be able to pick up the request for you.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

For security and accountability reasons, I've created a ticket on your account - 255849968. Please log into the portal and reply to that ticket confirming the domain and tag and I'll action it when I see the ticket. Thanks.

If this post resolved your issue please click the 'This fixed my problem' button

Excellent choice!

If on logging into the portal, there is not an obvious link to the ticket (see the messages "bell") then use the link below.
