Change hosted domain registered email address

Hello community,

I've had a .co.uk domain registered and hosted by Plusnet for many years.

The registered contact email address is an old email account I no longer have access to and I would like to change it.

It appears I can no longer do this myself via the portal and I am not sure what the exact registered address is.

Could someone with the appropriate PN contacts help?
