Can't enable static IP

Hi,
Sorry if I should have posted this to an existing thread instead.

My Broadband service was activated yesterday but when I try to activate the static IP address in my account via the portal, it doesn't seem to work.

Likely something I'm doing wrong. Have rebooted my router since everything was setup, but had no joy.

Likely something I'm doing wrong.

Actually it probably isn't!. The automated static IP activation doesnt seem to work on some accounts.

Im sure a staff member will be along shortly to process it manually.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

That should be sorted for you now.

If you reboot your router you should pick it up
