I think ... ... the Additional Diagnostics have not functioned for a very long time
The last time I used BTW "Additional Diagnostic" was a few days before Christmas 2024, to check that my broadband was at full speed and ready for holiday gaming and streaming. Unfortunately that time I didn't bother recording a screenshot, as the test result was fine.
The last record I have was taken after I'd done a network tune-up and had just fitted a new modem on 30th October 2024 -
I find other BTW speedtester and it run successfully and ask for Further Diagnostics and come back say IP Profile for your line is 77.35Mbps as I was on SoGEA 80/20

Was told by my ex ISP that BTw will put IP Profile via control panel ...
... Not sure if ... Plusnet will added it ...
@goldenfibre What are you on about ?
Plusnet have effectively had the "IP Profile" displayed in the "Member Centre" for years as "Current Line Speed" !
"Current Line Speed" = BTW "IP Profile" rounded down to nearest 0.1Mbps, then has 0.1Mbps subtracted,
as the ideal ISP profile should be about 100Kbps slower than the BTW profile, to maximise speed and minimise packet loss
.
I must have spoken too soon. BTW Speedtester now gone off!
You did - it no longer exists.
You're wrong, it's working for me !
Look at the time and date in the top right of this screenshot -
Did you actually pass 'Go'?

No, not because you were on SoGEA, but that your line to the FTTC cabinet is so short (to have previously been getting such high speeds on G.Fast), that your router's VDSL download path isn't interleaved, whereas my screenshot is of a modem with an interleaver depth of 8 and resulting in my profile being lower at 74.11Mbps, despite our modem download sync speeds probably both being at 80.0Mbps.

I didn't bother pushing 'GO' as it's been hanging on the next screen for about 12 days now,
but that wasn't the point of my screenshot, I was just showing that I don't see the 404 screen that @goldenfibre posted.
[edit] just for completeness pressing 'GO' shows this -

working again see time at bottom right corner

Is that a use of the double-negative (few people can be bothered...) ?
Not all Hub2s will be 192.168.1.254. They may have when they are left with default configurations.

@goldenfibre yes you're right ! - see time and date on my Additional Diagnostic results page ! -
@outcast your BTw tester are FAKE (ip profile cannot be the same as your throughput speed)
