Hi @Catbar1
Thanks for coming to the community.
What is happening with your email?
If you've already migrated, we may be limited as to what we can offer, but we can look to help.

Hello Michael and many thanks for your welcome!
I can never be quite sure how 'migrated' I am to Greenby - I never received what Greenby say is a 'welcome email'.
Yet, it seems that I could access my (former Plusnet) Inbox and see its contents.
The option to create a 'new ticket' was displayed, and I can fill in a message box and there's a button to 'send' or 'submit' - (sorry, can't offhand remember which). Sometimes I can find a list of all the tickets I've tried to create, and most of these have gone unanswered (did I upload an attachment showing this?).
Once, someone?/somebot? called 'Pascual' did answer - but I had to wait so long for further progress here that I'd assumed nothing would happen, and went off. I came back to find 'Pascual' had left the chat.
MY PROBLEM: Actually, the problem/request I was trying to convey to Greenby was that my Inbox keeps filling up with junk emails, and - remembering that Plusnet had done this for me - I asked Greenby if they could do a Server-side spam configuration, the way Plusnet always had.
But so far - no result.

Hi @Catbar1
We've seen an increase in spam messages recently. We're working to improve this for customers who have migrated, and also those who haven't.

Hello Christopher and many thanks for your reply.
Good to hear from someone from Plusnet - can one hope that our woes are finally getting acted on?
And can Plusnet still do a Server-side spam configuration even for those who have been migrated to Greenby -
or can Plusnet put pressure on Greenby to do this?

Hi @Catbar1
We can still do server side spam configuration from our side, but not for accounts that have migrated to Greenby.

Sadly, looks like I got it wrong. I saw your post saying you'd seen "an increase in spam messages recently" and that you were "working to improve this for customers who [had ]migrated, and also those who [hadn't]".
This had led me to hope that perhaps Plusnet did have some intent to improve things (in my case, the increase in spam messages) even for customers who had already been migrated.
Note that I say "customers who had already been migrated." and not "customers who had migrated".
There's a difference there in that it was not the customer's choice to migrate. The customer was migrated, through no choice of their own. Please can that be taken into account.

Sorry, @Catbar1. My replies probably could have been clearer and taken that into account.
We're working to help reduce spam emails in general. Our support teams are in contact with Greenby about it too. However, we can only configure spam filters at server level for accounts that haven't yet been migrated.

Thanks Christopher!
Yes, I realize that Plusnet can't directly do server-side spam filters if the email account is now in Greenby and no longer in Plusnet.
Still, at least you're saying that "your support teams are in contact with Greenby about it too", so guess we'll have to hope that Greenby will heed Plusnet, and actually get on and apply their own server-side spam filters.

@Catbar1 have you tried adjusting the Spam settings in the Greenby portal ?
Login to the portal at greenby.com, select Manage against the email account and then select the 'Settings' tab.
The Spam settings are there, a general Anti-Spam toggle to turn it on or off and a Spam aggresiveness slider.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

In addition to the Spam aggressiveness there's also the whitelist/blacklist under the Filters tab for simple filtering.
Theres a note there that says additional more complex filters can be set using Webmail
I've just been doing some testing with one of our trial accounts. Filters set in webmail ARE executed server side, so they dont just affect webmail display.
Login to webmail for the mailbox and look under Settings->Filters
