I have a domain name hosted only at PN and take an SMTP feed into my own mail server. I send emails using relay.plus.net from several sender addresses (family accounts).
Will I need to make any email changes? Other than maybe my SPF settings on the domain?

@Lorian I'm not sure that SMTP delivery to your own mail server will still be an option when migrated to Greenby ?
Maybe @plusnettony can advise...

Any way I can find out which day I'm being transferred so I can check what's happening?
Also I'll need to find and register my account as supporting a vulnerable person as this email deliveries their chemo and oncology appointments

It's registered at 123 but you are doing dns
If its registered at 123 then you need to get them to change the IPSTAG.
Note that changing the IPSTAG is only needed to move the registration.
